The Children’s Bicycle Olympics will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 for children 9 and under. There is NO fee to participate. Sign-ups will begin at 10:30AM in front of St. George, 701 11th Ave. The races will be held at 11:00AM in the following 5 categories.
Additional heats will be held for each category as needed. The Children's Bicycle Olympics is sponsored by Children's Place a United Way Agency. Staff from Jeff's Bike Shop will be on hand to help with minor repairs and answer questions. Local cyclists will also be there to serve as role models for the children.
